Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026 Last updated: August 6, 2026 This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of GreatSales AI™, a brand and product of Novapro Lab LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business in Broward County, Florida ("Novapro Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Use and SaaS Subscription Agreement. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms, the Terms control except where this AUP provides more specific acceptable-use restrictions, in which case this AUP controls for those restrictions.
1. Introduction and incorporation
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. This AUP applies together with the Terms, Privacy Policy, AI Legal Disclaimer, and other incorporated policies.
2. Purpose
GreatSales AI™ helps businesses improve commercial operations through AI-assisted intelligence and authorized workflow execution. This AUP protects customers, end individuals, third parties, and the integrity of the platform.
3. Scope and covered users
This AUP applies to all users of the Services, including account owners, administrators, and Authorized Users, and to all use of Customer Content, AI Features (including Revyn and specialized module agents), integrations, APIs, automated actions, and connected third-party accounts authorized by your organization.
4. General compliance obligations
You must use the Services lawfully, responsibly, and only for authorized business purposes. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of Authorized Users under your account and for configuring the Services so that automated or AI-assisted actions remain within approved limits, applicable law, and your organization's policies.
5. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly, to engage in any of the following:
5.1 Unlawful or harmful conduct
- Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices
- Harassment, stalking, threats, abuse, hate-based targeting, or exploitation of vulnerable persons
- Discrimination in violation of applicable law
- Child sexual exploitation material or facilitation of human trafficking, violent wrongdoing, or weaponization of the Services
5.2 Deceptive commercial conduct
- False, misleading, or unsubstantiated advertising or claims
- Impersonation, identity misrepresentation, forged endorsements, or fabricated reviews
- Manipulation of leads, customers, attribution, analytics, performance reporting, or business records
- Misrepresenting AI-generated communications as human where disclosure is legally required
5.3 Unlawful or abusive communications
- Unlawful spam, unlawful bulk email, unauthorized robocalls, unauthorized robotexts, or telemarketing without required consent
- Failure to honor opt-out, unsubscribe, do-not-call, or consent-revocation requests
- Spoofing, unlawful recording, or messaging outside permitted hours or channels
- CAN-SPAM, TCPA, Telemarketing Sales Rule, or applicable state or foreign telemarketing or direct-marketing violations
5.4 Privacy, personal data, and data sourcing violations
- Unauthorized collection, purchase, use, or processing of personal data
- Unlawful scraping, harvesting, or use of unlawfully obtained datasets
- Use of sensitive personal data without lawful authorization
- Uploading personal information about individuals without required notices and consents
5.5 Security, credential, and platform integrity violations
- Credential theft, unauthorized account access, or credential sharing that compromises account security
- Malware, ransomware, malicious code, vulnerability exploitation, or denial-of-service activity
- Penetration testing without our prior written authorization
- Bypassing authentication, tenant isolation controls, rate limits, plan restrictions, approval workflows, or security controls
- Unauthorized extraction, reverse engineering except where applicable law makes the restriction unenforceable, or use of the Services to build a competing model or dataset through unauthorized extraction
5.6 Intellectual property and third-party rights violations
- Copyright, trademark, trade-secret, publicity, or privacy-rights infringement
- Violation of third-party platform terms for connected integrations or external services
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Services without authorization
5.7 High-impact, regulated, or prohibited AI uses
- High-impact decisions based solely on AI output without appropriate human safeguards
- Unauthorized employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal, eligibility, or similarly regulated determinations
- Unlawful surveillance or biometric identification without lawful authorization
- Discriminatory profiling or use of AI Features to make unauthorized customer commitments
- Bypassing approval workflows or executing Sensitive Actions outside configured authority
- Abusive automated volume that degrades the Services or interferes with platform availability
6. Rules for AI Features and automated agents
AI Features, including Revyn and specialized agents, are assistive tools. You must review AI outputs before relying on them or allowing them to be executed. You may not configure agents or automations to bypass required approvals, exceed configured limits, or perform Sensitive Actions without proper authorization. See the AI Legal Disclaimer for additional limitations.
7. Commercial communications and outreach
If you use the Services to prepare or send customer communications, you are solely responsible for obtaining valid consent where required, maintaining consent records, honoring opt-outs and revocations, using accurate sender identity, avoiding deceptive subject lines, including required disclosures, complying with lawful calling and messaging times, and complying with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, applicable state telemarketing laws, and privacy or direct-marketing laws applicable to your recipients. GreatSales AI does not guarantee your compliance with those laws.
8. Privacy, personal data, consent, and data sourcing
You must provide required notices and obtain required consents before submitting personal information about Contacts, employees, or other individuals to the Services. You must maintain lawful bases for processing and honor data-subject requests to the extent you are responsible for them as controller of Customer Business Data.
9. Security and platform integrity
You must safeguard account credentials, use strong authentication where available, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services except with our prior written authorization.
10. Intellectual property and third-party rights
You must respect intellectual property, privacy, publicity, and contractual rights of third parties. You are responsible for ensuring that Customer Content and AI-assisted outputs you use or publish do not infringe third-party rights.
11. High-impact and regulated decisions
Do not use AI Features as the sole basis for decisions with legal, financial, health and safety, employment, or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review and legally required safeguards.
12. Customer Content responsibilities
You are solely responsible for Customer Content and for ensuring that your organization's use of the Services complies with this AUP, the Terms, and applicable law.
13. Third-party services and platform rules
Your use of integrations and third-party platforms remains subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform enforcement actions arising from your conduct.
14. Usage limits and anti-circumvention
You may not circumvent plan limits, usage caps, approval requirements, autonomy boundaries, tenant isolation, or security controls. You may not use the Services in a manner intended to conceal prohibited activity.
15. Monitoring and investigation
We are not obligated to monitor all activity or content, but we may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, and review activity where reasonably necessary for security, support, compliance, or enforcement.
16. Enforcement measures
Depending on severity, repetition, intent, customer cooperation, risk of harm, legal obligations, platform integrity, and impact on third parties, we may:
- Investigate suspected violations and request information
- Remove or restrict content or Customer Content
- Disable individual features, integrations, API access, or automation permissions
- Impose usage limits or suspend execution by Revyn or agents
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account
- Block re-registration or revoke access tokens
- Report activity to affected providers or notify affected parties where legally appropriate
- Preserve and disclose information where legally required
- Cooperate with law enforcement and regulators
We may take immediate protective action without advance notice where necessary to address credible security, legal, safety, fraud, or abuse risks.
17. Emergency protective action
We may suspend or restrict access immediately, with or without notice, to protect the Services, other customers, third parties, or Novapro Lab from credible security incidents, unlawful conduct, fraud, or material abuse.
18. Reporting violations

- Relevant account, workspace, user, message, integration, or other context
- Dates and times
- Supporting records or screenshots
- Why the activity may violate this AUP
- Your contact information
We do not guarantee a particular investigation timeline, outcome, or disclosure of confidential enforcement details.
19. Appeals or requests for reconsideration
An account owner may request review of an enforcement decision by contacting contact@greatsalesai.com with:
- The affected account
- The action being challenged
- Relevant facts and corrective measures taken
- Supporting information
Submitting a request does not automatically stay an enforcement action. Emergency or legally required restrictions may remain in place. We may decline repetitive or abusive requests. Final determinations remain subject to the Terms and applicable law.
20. Cooperation with authorities
We may preserve and disclose information to law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other authorities where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted by law, or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
21. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by the Terms. Continued use after the effective date of an updated AUP constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
22. Relationship to other legal documents
This AUP supplements the Terms. For document precedence, see Section 5 of the Terms. The AI Legal Disclaimer provides additional AI-specific limitations. The Privacy Policy governs personal information handling.
