Accessibility Statement

Novapro Lab LLC is committed to making GreatSales AI™ accessible to business users, including users with disabilities. GreatSales AI™ is a brand and product of Novapro Lab LLC.

1. Our commitment

We aim to design and maintain the Services so that core workflows—including account access, plan selection, onboarding, and primary workspace tasks—are usable by people with diverse abilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continue to review and improve the Services as features evolve.

2. Accessibility standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as an internal design target for new and updated customer-facing features, subject to technical feasibility and third-party component limitations. We do not currently represent that the Services fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA unless and until Novapro Lab publishes the results of a completed independent accessibility audit.

3. Current status

• Public conversion pages (landing, plans, login, register, checkout) and authenticated workspace modules are under active development.
• Some features operate in preview mode with evolving UI patterns.
• A comprehensive third-party WCAG conformance audit has not been completed.
• Third-party components (including authentication, maps autocomplete, and payment interfaces when enabled) may present accessibility limitations outside our direct control.

4. Measures we take

We strive to:

• Use semantic HTML and descriptive labels where supported
• Support keyboard navigation for core flows
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images where feasible
• Maintain sufficient color contrast in public and workspace UI per design governance
• Support browser zoom and responsive layouts
• Consider accessibility in i18n and multilingual content

5. Known limitations

• Third-party integrations (Clerk authentication UI, Google Maps autocomplete, payment processor checkout frames) are subject to the accessibility features and limitations of those providers.
• Preview and beta features may not meet the same accessibility standard as generally available features.
• Complex data-dense workspace views may require ongoing refinement for screen-reader and keyboard efficiency at enterprise scale.

We do not guarantee that every third-party integration or embedded service is fully accessible.

Please use the subject line "Accessibility — Formal Complaint" and describe the affected page or feature, the accessibility barrier encountered, and the assistance or resolution requested. We will acknowledge the complaint and review it in good faith. Submitting a complaint to us does not limit any rights you may have to contact an appropriate government agency or pursue another remedy available under applicable law.

8. Ongoing improvement

We plan to:

• Incorporate accessibility into design and QA processes
• Remediate barriers identified through user feedback and audits
• Reassess this statement periodically
